Streetwise: Klasinski, D1 Training to mark grand opening Jan. 6

STEVENS POINT - Klasinski Clinic will take part in a grand opening ceremony from  8 a.m. to 1 p.m. 2 p.m. on Jan. 6 at D1 Training Stevens Point, 5501 E.M. Copps Drive.

Previously Flexible Fitness Solutions, D1 Training partnered with Klasinski Clinic to expand the facility, located in the Portage County Business Park, in order to add physical therapy services from the clinic.   

The Portage County Business Council held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for  D1 Training Stevens Point on Dec. 14, 2017. A community open house will be held Jan. 6, 2018.

D1 Training provides athletic-based training programs in a high-energy environment for youth and adults, regardless of skill or fitness level. According to a post on Facebook, along with the remodeled space, D1 Training has added new equipment along with more classes and staff.

As part of the grand opening there will be free workouts, food, beverages, chair massages, prizes and more. People will be able to try all of the current D1 workouts, meet the coaches and physical therapists from Klasinski, and sign up for the Community Weight Loss Challenge.    

D1 Training Stevens Point is located in the Portage County Business Park at 5501 E.M. Copps Dr.
