TOWN OF PIEHL – A northern Wisconsin teenager facing homicide charges is accused of shooting her step-father to death and then killing her mother with a knife during a fight Sunday in their Oneida County home.

Ashlee Martinson, 17, faces two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and three counts of false imprisonment, according to Oneida County court documents. She was being held Tuesday in the Boone County Jail in Indiana, where she was arrested.

Police on Tuesday released the causes of death of Thomas Ayers, 37, and Jennifer Ayers, 40, but revealed no other new information about the case. Meanwhile, details of Martinson's life emerged as the criminal case against her proceeded.

Martinson is accused of killing both her parents and then locking her three sisters, between the ages of 9 and 2, in a room before she fled the home, according to court documents.

Martinson had described similar murder scenes in a blog she maintained, written under her screen name VampireChick and titled "Nightmare."

The blog, illustrated with drawings of flayed skulls and demons, contains short stories, poems and links to other Gothic-style websites. Many of the short stories revolve around death and murder:

Rushing through the woods late at night. Deep into the darkest corner where the agonizing screams can not be heard. Walking into a small cabin. Marveling at the sweet horrors of blood that I thirst for. I then take the next victim who is unconscious. I tightly bind them to a low table.

Awaiting them to wake once more. I clean the dry blood off my tools from a previous session. The last body has been disposed of just hours before, yet I have not been satisfied with the pain, agony and blood. I bend down as they start to wake.

"Welcome to hell." I whisper in her ear. "Never again will you see the light of day."

Some of the poems are of similar themes:

The pain is over bearing

Growing weaker by the second

Wanting to feed

Knowing you mustn't

Because if you do

You will lose yourself

To the taste of flesh

The sweetness of blood

The grinding of bones

The merciful screams

You will lose yourself to

The hunger

The 9-year-old girl told investigators that she and her mom were in the living room when the girl heard two gunshots. The girl said Jennifer Ayers then went upstairs and the girl heard her mom yelling for her. The girl said she went upstairs and saw Martinson fighting with Jennifer Ayers, according to the documents.

The girl said Martinson then told her they were going to go downstairs and play a game, at which point Martinson put the girl and her two sisters in a room and tied the door shut so they could not get out, according to court documents.

Martinson told the girl she did not kill Jennifer and Thomas Ayers, according to court documents. The girl told police she knew it was untrue because she had seen Thomas Ayers' body and head wound.

A 911 call came from the residence at 1625 Highway C in the town of Piehl on Sunday, according to a release from the Sheriff's Department. A girl on the phone said there was an emergency at the home.

When officers arrived, they found Thomas and Jennifer Ayers dead, according to the documents. Martinson's three sisters did not have any physical injuries, Oneida County Sheriff's Department Capt. Terri Hook said.

Investigators do not yet have a motive in the killing, Hook said Monday. Martinson was arrested with her boyfriend, Ryan Sisco, 22, near Lebanon, Indiana, on Sunday, according to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Department. She will be extradited to Wisconsin.

Hook said that Sisco is not currently wanted in connection with the homicides.
